Book Extras Password

The password is found at the beginning of the book.
For our elementary courses, it is in the introduction.
For our 7-12 grade courses, it is in the "Student Notes"
at the beginning of the student text. Please note that only
our elementary courses, second edition courses, and the
marine biology course have a course website.
